Socio-economic Series range from theoretical to empirical investigations dealing with issues of diverse spatial scales – local, regional, national, and international: human geography, demography, settlement geography, processes of urbanization and urban settlement systems, urban studies, spatial organization and territorial planning, regional policy, tourism and recreation, economic geography, trade geography, geography of services, political geography, human ecology, economics.
The main aim of Physical Geography Series, founded in 2009, is to present scientific findings in physical geography and related subjects. The journal covers the following fields/area: climatology, geomorphology, glaciology, hydrology, soil-science, biogeography and research methods in physical geography, with an emphasis on Poland, Europe, and polar regions.
